HI POT Hot Pot & BBQ – Authentic Korean BBQ & Hot Pot Dining in Spring, TX

Went for the first time on Dec 6, 2025. Love the concept. The restaurant decor is lively. We chose to have Hot Pot only. I think the next time we may try BBQ. Or perhaps some of both. The pork belly would have probably been better cooked by BBQ instead of Hot Pot. That’s just our preference. There is a wide variety of meats, veggies and noodles to choose from. Also a great appetizer and sauce bar. The garlic soy sauce and sweet chili sauces were DELICIOUS! Our service was amazing. They helped guide our choices and made sure we had anything and everthjng we wanted. Never had to wait for more rounds of meat or drinks. Would highly recommend checking them out.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re looking for a fun dinner spot, Hi Pot is a must-visit! They offer two delicious ways to enjoy your meal BBQ style or hot pot. I went with the hot pot today and have zero regrets. The options are endless with fresh veggies, meats, fixings, plus a super cool sauce bar to create your perfect combo. A huge shoutout to Ciara, the service was absolutely fantastic! Today’s favorites: Golden chicken soup base Bok choy, mushrooms, crown daisy, broccoli & taro Beef, chicken & pork For dipping: sesame, teriyaki & hoisin sauces Such an awesome dining experience highly recommend giving this place a try!

We only tried the Korean bbq for our first visit and the meats were definitely soft and juicy!! We tried a majority of the beefs and each one was very tasty! It’s about time there was a Korean bbq and hot pot place in Spring! Our waitress, Fanny, was also super nice and friendly! She was very attentive and made sure to check up on us often to see if we wanted more meats. My only disappointment is that there are not a lot of side dishes like in other traditional k-bbq places. However they do have an appetizer bar with a variety of or small meals!

Very nice place and excellent food!!! Staff are very friendly! Our server, Venus is very professional, friendly, courteous and really took care of us. We will definitely come back!! We are very satisfied!!

Glad to finally have a Korean BBQ spot open in Spring! The food was good, fresh, and flavorful. Would be nice to have more options on the menu and additional banchan options. For the price, I prefer Hanu off of 249, but this one is closer. Service was friendly, though the server wasn’t 100% sure on some things — likely because it’s a brand-new place. The short ribs brought out are also small portions although attempted to order this twice as a double order, the short rib was basically cut in half. Each time only one short rib (1 short rib cut into two pieces)came out. Not sure why that part seemed to be overly difficult as both times this happened and I gave up on this after two attempts at ordering and the server wasn’t really getting it or maybe this is how they cost save. I can say at Kpot, if you order the LA galbi/ short rib, they will bring you out two whole short ribs and it’s a non-issue. I think if you’re marketing this as a AYCE, you shouldn’t be chopping up one rib into two pieces and making the ordering process difficult. Also, AC could be a bit higher as this is the only KBBQ place that I felt hot inside. Overall, it feels like they’re still in the learning phase but definitely headed in the right direction. Excited to have this option close to home, but definitely needs some improvements.

I've never tried hot pot before so it was definitely a new experience. The staff was really attentive, helpful, and the food was great. They had many options to choose from with a great make it yourself sauce bar and complimentary items. The restaurant looks clean with a great atmosphere. I recommend trying it!

It was low key so good.Great atmosphere, great food, great service.Just and amazing restaurants. Kinda of expensive but still an amazing experience. Will come again.
